Job Objective:
To assist in planning, implementing and preparing reports on activities related to setting and achieving the annual target for the required funding raising in Abu Dhabi to effectively implement strategies that are targeted to create social cohesion as well as have a measurable impact on the community.
Functional Role:
Assist in proposing the annual target for the required fund raising
Coordinate for developing a plan for the participation of relevant parties to collect financial resources, coordinate with the partnerships and fundraising sections to build and maintain the network
Support in identifying potential social investment opportunities, and conduct the necessary financial, legal and social assessments to liquidate feasible opportunities
Schedule periodic internal meetings to review the position of the social investment portfolio and the social return on capital
Assist in conduct risk assessments on potential and existing investors and on the social investment fund, and apply controls when required to overcome and limit risks
Gather data for preparing follow-up schedules and reports on social and financial returns, and presenting them to the executive management, contributors and concerned parties
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager.
Managerial Role:
Strategic Planning
Provide input into developing the section’s plan and objectives
Plan and manage execution of the section’s objectives and goals in line with the operational plan
Contribute to proposing KPI’s for section and section’s employees, in alignment to Ma’an strategic goals
Budget Management
Provide inputs for preparation of section budget for further review by the section manager
Performance Management
Responsible for achieving objectives and goals of the section and supporting team to achieve the same
Knowledge Management and Innovation
- Contribute to innovation and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement, creativity and excellence in performance within the section.
Organizational Role:
Governance
Ensure adherence and execution of the section's policies and procedures as defined by the division director
Ensure compliance of the section to the guidelines defined by the risk management and quality management guidelines
Participate and provide inputs in the periodic audit of the established policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Management Reporting
Contribute to the development of the periodic reports, as requested
Propose and recommend remedial activities to manage any quality or non-compliance issues that arise during the review of the section’s performance
Change Management
Manage the execution of the change management activities in the section including all stakeholder communications as per the approved communication plan, as required
Technology Management
Contribute to defining of the technology-related needs of the section,including SMART services and system, to drive automation within the direct line of work

Job Objective:
To plan, implement, evaluate, promote and update activities related to fundraising and procedures to allocate incoming contributions in Abu Dhabi to effectively implement strategies that are targeted to create social cohesion as well as have a measurable impact on the community.
Functional Role:
Design a strategy and procedures to allocate incoming contributions to the social investment fund, the volume of financial resources, and funding sources to be targeted...etco Support the mechanism of allocating contributions based on government or contributor preferences and social prioritieso Determine the methods for collecting resources for the fund, with reference to the target segments for communication with themo Prepare basic promotional messages for the fund, and coordinate with the communication section to identify and communicate with the target segmentso Design, develop, activate and monitor a central fundraising hub to better engage and execute fundraising activities for Ma’an and on behalf of otherso Enable capability to fundraise in a variety of mechanisms, including corporate partnerships, events, targeted campaigns, hub/app/website, crowdfunding, direct solicitation to high net worth individuals, etco Adjust fundraising strategies based on identification and tracking of key KPIs including contributor growth and retention, sources of contribution, contribution size and growth, number of mid-tier and major contributor, diversification of contributors between individuals and corporates, etco Perform other tasks as requested by the Director Job Objective:
To plan, implement, evaluate, promote and update social responsibility programs in coordination with the outreach management office to effectively implement strategies that are targeted to create social cohesion as well as have a measurable impact on the community
Functional Role:
o Develop and implement a strategic framework to activate corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Abu Dhabi according to social priorities and in alignment with Abu Dhabi social aspirationso Develop and implement an Index for CSR in the private sector in Abu Dhabi to baseline and quantify Social Contributiono Build and launch financial and non-financial incentives in order to drive increase in CSR within Abu Dhabio Review collected data, assessment and reports on the financial and in kind contribution from public, private, and third sector of Abu Dhabio Build and maintain centralized CSR hub in order to establish a unified portal for CSR contributions across Abu Dhabi, allowing for understanding of current state and driving targeted improvements to match beneficiaries and social priorities with corporate contributionso Oversee CSR initiatives to ensure alignment with the most prominent social challenges and prioritieso Support the social responsibility relations section through researching target entities and providing summary reportso Perform other tasks as requested by the Director Job Objective:

o Assist in the operations of Maan-created community engagement opportunities as per strategyo Assist in the process of co-creation of community engagement prorams and support the operations as agreed upon by relevant stakeholderso Assist with content creation for community engagement initiatives

To plan, implement, evaluate, promote and update activities related to public relations and communications including social media publications, Ma’an’s website and monitor public opinion to communications.
Functional Role:
o Prepare and implement communications including social media strategy, plans, guidelines, policies and procedures in coordination with other outreach management office
o Prioritize Ma’an communications activities and requests into strategic versus business as usual and allocate resources accordingly
o Manage external partners concerned with communications and media activities such as advertising agencies, digital marketing institutions, production companies, and coordinate with the concerned units to disseminate the required information when needed
o Conceptualize and manage the organization of Ma’an’s internal and external events, symposia, conferences and ceremonies including vendor management, invitations and protocol in line with Ma’an’s outreach management strategy
o Ensure timely preparation of content and social media publications such as press releases, letters, flyers, newsletters, visual productions and brochures
o Create and update the content of the Authority's digital media platforms, Ma’an’s website and related websites on a regular basis
