Job Description
Functional Role:
o Assist in identifying and onboarding volunteers for various volunteering opportunities across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
o Support external organizations in volunteer activation and management, as well as internal when required
o Monitor volunteering activities to ensure adherence to the volunteering policy
Assist with the management of volunteers and volunteering opportunities
o Coordinate with external experts and service providers to design tailor-made incentives programs
o Collect data and analyze KPIs of volunteering and individual incentive programs
o Assist in the preparation of monthly reports to track the activation of volunteers and performance of volunteer incentives
o Conduct research and analysis of best practice approaches to volunteering and volunteer incentives and develop a database of benchmarks and best practice examples globally and regionally
o Coordinate with volunteers and address any concerns or issues that may arise on a daily basis
o Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager
Skills
- University Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- Experience of at least 0-2 years in a relevant field, preferably in the social sector
