Job Description
o Oversee development and implementation of a strategic framework to activate corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Abu Dhabi according to social priorities and in alignment with Abu Dhabi social aspirations
o Oversee development and implementation an Index for CSR in the private sector in Abu Dhabi to baseline and quantify Social Contribution
o Supervise building and launching financial and non-financial incentives in order to drive increase in CSR within Abu Dhabi
o Facilitate and assist the private sector in developing and implementing CSR programs
o Recognize the contributors in Abu Dhabi for involvement and participation in coordination with relevant stakeholders in Ma’an
o Collect data, assess and report on the financial and in kind contribution from public, private, and third sector of Abu Dhabi
o Build and maintain centralized CSR hub in order to establish a unified portal for CSR contributions across Abu Dhabi, allowing for understanding of current state and driving targeted improvements to match beneficiaries and social priorities with corporate contributionsRaise awareness about CSR within private and public sector of Abu Dhabi
o Oversee relationship management function and ensuring the annual engagement plan is achieved
o Oversee effectiveness of facilitating private sector CSR contributions towards social projects
o Supervise section performance in achieving Ma’an’s relevant strategic KPIs and the division operational KPIs
o Perform other duties as requested by the Executive Director
Skills
-Experience of at least 9 years in a relevant field, preferably in the social sector
University Degree in a relevant field or equivalent, preferably holds a Master’s degree
