Job Description

Job Objective:

To assist managing activities related to the addressing priority social challenges through innovative outcome based contracts as mandated by the authority

Functional Role:

o Conduct research and studies using multiple sources of information to collect and identify leading practices for selecting priority social topics for social contract projects
o Participate in the process of determining social goals to be achieved in coordination with concerned departments
o Collect data and information for abstaining in determining the maximum acceptable limit for payments against results, in coordination with the concerned department
o Assist in defining and following up on collecting evidence and information for achievement of key performance indicators to measure the level of achievement of social goals in coordination with concerned departments
o Assist in preparation for designing the offering procedures, schedule, and general structure of contracts
o Ensure support for developing payment mechanisms in cooperation with the social investment fund sector
o Prepare the draft communication plans and promotion material for the Pay-for-Results program in collaboration with the communications section
o Ensure maintenance of up to date records of all programs in section and assist in issuing periodic reports to internal stakeholders as needed
o Respond to queries and concerns of the Social Incubation and Contracting Sector members
o Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager
