Job Description
- Contribute to in developing, reviewing and continuously updating performance and project management framework, standards, policies, processes, requirements and systems for Ma’an aligned to Ma’an’s mission and plans
- Gather data for developing key performance indicators (KPI) and performance measurementdashboards for Ma’an’s sectors and offices to track their performance
- Conduct research and benchmarking exercise for all measures
- Ensure that accountabilities and responsibilities are clear at the commencement of all Ma’an programs and projects
- Implement Ma’an’s project management methodology and ensure that all stakeholders including consultants adhere to the same
- Manage and archive all correspondence to performance management and projects section
- Help in validating quality of reported data
- Support the team for scheduling meetings and related logistics, office and technology support
- Collect data, evidences, conduct analysis, prepare reports and control dashboards to report periodically on corporate performance including challenges and highlight any potential risks
- Collect data, conduct analysis and prepare internal and external reports (including ADEO reports) regarding special projects’ progress and KPIs and report through ECAS as needed
- Assist in delivering performance management capability building across Ma’an by driving the design and delivery of trainings as needed
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager
Skills
University Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
Experience of at least 0-2 years in a relevant field, preferably in the social sector
