Marketing Specialist

Job Objective:

To assist in planning, implementing and preparing reports on activities related to partnerships management and networking events with Ma’an partners

Functional Role:

Assist in preparing and implementing marketing strategy, plans, guidelines, policies and procedures in coordination with other outreach management office

Conduct research to identify partnership opportunities by searching for partners and identifying the main entities that contribute to achieving the Authority's strategic goals

Support in establishing partnerships with local, federal and international community institutions and bodies in all areas related to the Authority's objectives

Undertake negotiation and complete partnership agreements in coordination with the legal affairs office

Prepare plans for the participation of the concerned parties and identify discussion points in coordination with the relevant internal work teams

Support for launching networking and networking events in coordination with the communication section to promote Ma’an programs and activities and encourage and persuade stakeholders to participate

Facilitate one-on-one meetings with key stakeholders to encourage participation and build partnerships

Periodically coordinate with concerned parties to present or receive updates on the level of progress of programs, and to submit reports on program performance, impact and level of success

Collect data, analyze, forecast, measure and report the results of various projects with partners

Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager

University Degree in a relevant field or equivalent, preferably holds a Master’s degree

Experience of at least 3 years in a relevant field, preferably in the social sector
