Job Description
Job Objective:
To assist in planning, implementing and preparing reports on activities related to launching the social program to enter the markets in Abu Dhabi in coordination with partners.
Functional Role:
o Gather data required for developing social incubation model and general strategy for incubation
o Prepare required information for developing incubation programs in coordination with partners
o Recommend grants and investment allocations to the social fund
o Support in establishing a network of experts, specialists and consultants, using potential volunteers through the community engagement and volunteering sector
o Assist management in promoting the incubator, the social accelerator and its incubation programs in coordination with the communication section
o Gather information for evaluating the results of incubation programs, provide clarifications, and ensure that the community and participating stakeholders are effectively informed of the results
o Assess program performance against KPIs and targets, and identify and recommend improvements I n collaboration with strategic affairs office
o Cooperate with incubators inside and outside the country
o Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager
Skills
University Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
